Purchase and privacy terms

PAYMENT TERMS

You may purchase goods in the online store www.lomari.lt using the following payment methods:

  1. By using electronic banking services of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Revolut, Artea, Urbo, and Paysera. Payments are accepted in euros. Payments are processed via the PAYSERA payment platform;
  2. In cash or by bank card when collecting goods at our physical LOMARI store located at Parko g. 28, Vilnius (kiosk).

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Delivery methods, timeframes, and prices:

1. PARCEL LOCKERS:

BD – business days
– Omniva: 1–3 BD (€3,63)
– LPexpress: 1–3 BD (€3.63)
– Venipak: 1–3 BD (€2,42)

Orders over €20 qualify for FREE parcel locker delivery.

2. COURIER DELIVERY:

BD – business days
– LPexpress: 1–3 BD (€4,84)
– Venipak: 1–3 BD (€3,63)
– SmartPosti: 1–3 BD (€3,63)

*Prices include VAT.

3. IN-STORE PICKUP:

Goods may be collected in person at our physical LOMARI store located at Parko g. 28, Vilnius (kiosk).

*We aim to deliver all goods within 1–3 business days. In exceptional cases (e.g., prior to BLACK FRIDAY sales or during extended public holidays such as Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.), order processing may be extended by an additional 1–10 business days.
**If the Customer fails to collect the goods on time and the goods are returned to the Seller, the Customer must cover the delivery costs.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

  1. The Customer has the right to exchange a delivered product for an identical one if the product is damaged or defective (except in cases where the Customer selects a discounted product due to defects SPECIFIED IN THE DESCRIPTION). This right may be exercised within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The Buyer’s request to exchange a purchased product for an identical one or to receive a refund for the reasons specified in Clause 14 of these rules (e.g., dissatisfaction with the product’s shape, size, color, model, or completeness) SHALL NOT BE SATISFIED when purchasing the following goods: perfumery, cosmetics, and toilet preparations (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature – 33.03–33.07) (Consumer Rights Protection Center, active link: https://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038).
  3. Exchange or return of goods is possible only if the returned or exchanged goods meet all of the following requirements:
    a) have not been used by the Buyer;
    b) have not been damaged by the Buyer;
    c) retain their consumer properties;
    d) the original packaging is intact;
    e) the product has not lost its commercial appearance.
    In this case, shipping costs are not refunded to the Buyer.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if the return procedure set out in Clause 3 is not followed.
  5. In the event that an incorrect and/or defective product is received, we undertake to collect such goods and replace them with suitable identical products. If replacement products are unavailable, the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded.
  6. Refunds for defective goods will be issued within 14 (fourteen) days from the submission of the refund request and the return of the goods to us. If the goods are not returned immediately, the 14-day period shall be calculated from the actual date of return. Refunds are made to the payer’s bank account.
  7. Before returning goods, you must notify us by email at info@lomari.lt or by phone at +370 674 74845. We will provide you with a return form to complete and inform you of all return conditions.
  8. Refunds will not be issued if the returned product lacks original packaging, components (incomplete set), is mechanically damaged, or otherwise damaged.
  9. The Seller has the unilateral right to deduct the value of any additional discount granted (e.g., “free” shipping costs) from the refundable amount.
  10. Product returns are possible only if all of the above terms and conditions are met.
  11. The Seller is responsible for loss or damage to goods during transportation; the Consumer becomes responsible for the goods upon receipt.

The Lomari online store, located at www.lomari.lt, prioritizes the privacy of our visitors. This privacy policy document explains the information collected and recorded by Lomari, the types of data collected, and how we use it.

  • Payments in the online store are processed using the Paysera payment platform, operated by Paysera LT, UAB. Therefore, your personal information necessary for payment execution and confirmation will be transmitted to Paysera LT, UAB.

We use the collected information in various ways, including:

LOG FILES

Lomari uses a standard procedure of log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this, and it is part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamps, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information. The purpose of this information is to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movement on the site, and gather demographic information.

ADVERTISING PARTNER’S PRIVACY POLICY

In this list, you can find the privacy policy of each Lomari advertising partner.
Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons, which are used in their respective advertisements and links displayed on Lomari and sent directly to users’ browsers. In this case, they automatically receive your IP address. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to tailor the advertising content you see on websites you visit.

Please note that Lomari has no access to these cookies used by third-party advertisers and does not control them.

THIRD – PARTY PRIVACY POLICIES

Lomari’s privacy policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. For more detailed information, we recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these third-party ad servers. These policies may provide their practices and instructions on how to opt out of certain options.
